I expect that all your legal work was done by you or an employee, and that you didnt bill for the work done by an independent contractor, such as a per diem for a court appearance. Did your bill of costs include a W-2.
I am glad that social justice works outside of no fault. If you were a no fault provider you would have been slammed.
On a less sarcastic note, you should have gotten you treble damages. You client was mislead by Kia Motors. What is the penalty for Kia Motors’ aggregious acts? Glad you got your attorney’s fees and congrats for slapping silly “THE MAN”.
If legal services for a person who bought a used Kia without being told it was previously a rental are valued at $300 per hour, what is the relative value of legal services for the defense of no-fault claims? Show all calculations you did to arrive at your answer.
