Interestingly, I made the New York Post – but not for my work in PIP or in maintaining this blog. I would note that the research and time spent to maintain a functionally relevant blog is greater than it might appear. Anyway, the Post was somewhat incorrect with their characterization of my client or what I said. But it is the Post… what do you expect? Article

Let is hope Appellate Term sees it the same way. Now that there is publicity for a case that I thought was quite mundane, I fear that the Courts may look at this in a different light.

Well, at least this is in the 9th and 10th Jud Dist. It is not a good time to represent the interests of an individual before the other Appellate Term. Dark time for justice.
